Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, such as sales or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Each order is personally packaged to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will be able to view the total cost before completing your purchase.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $300 USD
If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, standard rates will apply based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Isamar Bikinis is not liable for any delays or fees resulting from customs processing in your country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Isamar Bikinis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but it has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
